Bright Idea Campaign
WVIPL's Bright Idea Campaign is a campaign to collect energy-efficient light bulbs through local food pantries around the state for direct distribution to low-income families. Why light bulbs? Well, because utility costs are a burden to many families and energy-efficient light bulbs not only help to reduce our carbon footprint, but they also help to save families money in reduced utility expenses. Also, because they last longer than traditional bulbs, families save on bulb replacement costs.
